News Dudes Vol 2 Written & drawn by FM Previously on News Dudes... Phil and Frank are best-friends as well as reporters for the hit news station: The 9PM News! One day, Phil snaps, and shoots Frank in the face, then proceeding to kill himself. However, Frank rises up, unscathed, proclaiming that he has a "bulletproof face". Little does he know, that it wasn't the "real" Phil who attacked him, but a CLONE!!! The real Phil realizes this, while watching the news from his home. On Pluto, a plutonian alerts his superior of the incident, leading them to send an invasion force to destroy the Earth! As the fleet prepares it's attack, Frank reveals himself to be a robot, and flies into the armada, destroying it. A year later, the real Phil hosts the show alone, as Frank drifts unconscious through space. A lone ship opens a vortex in space, sucking Frank's body in.
